ReverseMortgageEtobicoke.ca is run by Dominion Lending Centres Homestead Financial (Ontario brokerage licence #11711). It collects almost nothing about you, and this page sets out exactly what.
What the website itself collects
- No sign-ups and no forms here. No page on this website asks for your name, email, phone number or address.
- The tools forget everything. The calculator and the 10-question check work on your own device. What you type is never stored or sent, and it is gone when you close the page.
- Hosting logs only. Cloudflare serves the pages and keeps the basic technical records every web host keeps, such as which page was requested and when, to keep the website running and secure.
When you ask for an estimate
The "Get My Free Estimate" buttons lead to a form on reversemortgagebroker.ca, the brokerage's main reverse mortgage website, and its privacy policy covers anything you type there. Each button's link carries a small label with this website's name and the page you were on. It records where you started, never who you are.
Emails and phone calls
If you email, call or text, the brokerage uses what you send to answer you and, if you ask, to help with a mortgage. It is kept confidential, as Ontario requires of a licensed mortgage brokerage and as PIPEDA, Canada's private-sector privacy law, requires of any business.
